The5rooms is a boutique urban oasis right in the heart of downtown Barcelona.
Back in 2004, owner Yessica Delgado Fritz dreamed of creating an eclectic alternative to the city’s cookiecutter hotels. And thus the adventure began to design a very stylish yet warm and inviting B&B where every guest would feel right at home.
We want to help each guest discover the city in a unique and personal way.
Just minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia and the famous Las Ramblas.

Ideally located in the center of Barcelona, this boutique hotel spans two levels of a elegant turn of the century building.
The hotel boasts 12 rooms – 9 Double Superior and 3 Junior Suites – surrounding an internal courtyard, typical of the Eixample neighborhood.

For those guests who prefer an apartment, the5rooms also offers 2 fully equipped, spacious and bright apartments that accommodate up to 4 people each.
An ideal alternative for families, extended stays, or guests who want the privacy and greater space of having their own apartment.
